Fairdale is a community and census-designated place (CDP) in Greene County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,059 at the 2010 census.
Fairdale is located at 39°53′34″N 79°58′22″W / 39.89278°N 79.97278°W (39.892667, -79.972691).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.6 km2), all of it land.
Fairdale is south of Carmichaels on PA 88.
