Football Club Jonava , also known (1996-2016) simply as FK Lietava, are a Lithuanian professional football club based in Jonava. They play in the A lyga, having been promoted as champions of the 1 Lyga in 2015, signalling a return to the top flight of Lithuanian football after few decade away. On November 26 they broke their 5-game losing streak by beating Suduva 3–2.
The club was founded in 1991 as Azotas. The name Lietava was adopted in 1996.
Central Stadium of Jonava is the multi-purpose stadium in Jonava used by Lietava Jonava.
The seating capacity is going to be expanded to 3,000. Near the stadium is an outdoor pond, which can be used for water events.
FK Lietava Jonava colours are blue and black, therefore the kit is blue jersey and black shorts and socks. Away kits are usually plain blue.
