FK Jastrebac Niš (Serbian Cyrillic: ФК Јастребац Ниш) is a defunct football club based in Niš, Serbia.
The club won the Second League of FR Yugoslavia in the 1992–93 season, thus winning promotion to the First League (IB League). They were relegated in their debut season after finishing at the bottom of the table.
