FC Olimpiyets Nizhny Novgorod (Russian: ФК «Олимпиец» Нижний Новгород) is a Russian football team from Nizhny Novgorod, founded in 2015. Beginning with the 2015-16 season, it plays in the Russian Professional Football League (third level). It was founded a farm club for FC Volga Nizhny Novgorod. On 15 June 2016, the parent club Volga was dissolved, with Olimpiyets becoming the top club in Nizhny Novgorod.
"Olimpiyets" means Olympian in Russian.
