FC Utrecht Vrouwen is a Dutch women's football team representing FC Utrecht in the Vrouwen Eredivisie. Former champion SV Saestum serves as its farm team.
Founded in 2007 for the competition's inaugural edition, Utrecht achieved in its first season its best league performance yet (a 3rd spot) and reached the national cup final. In subsequent seasons they ranked 4th (2009, 2012) and 5th (2010, 2011). However, 2010 was their most successful season as they won the national cup by beating Ter Leede 3–0 in the final, and subsequently defeated 3–1 Eredivisie champion AZ to win the national Supercup.
In March 2011 FC Utrecht announced the women's team would be dissolved following the end of the season due to financial reasons. However, the club announced in May, one week from the end of the campaign, that such decision was cancelled.
At 21st of January the female soccer club of FC Utrecht went bankrupt. The team is out of competition and all games played are taken from the scoreboard.
The last game played was a 2–1 away win at Brugge on 24 January 2014.
