FC Lviv (Ukrainian: ФК «Львів») is a Ukrainian football club from the city of Lviv. It was initially founded in 1992.
Established in 1992 until 2001 there existed a club in Lviv with the same name. As amateurs this team won the Lviv Amateur Cup and were Lvivska Oblast Champions. The club entered the professional ranks in 1993 and progressed from the Ukrainian Third League to the Ukrainian First League until it was taken over by FC Karpaty Lviv in 2001 and renamed and converted to their 2nd squad or Reserve team, FC Karpaty-2 Lviv. This club still holds the record for being the only team from outside the Ukrainian Premier League that has progressed twice to the quarterfinals of the Ukrainian Cup competition.
