Lokomotiv-2 Moscow (Russian: Футбольный клуб "Локомотив-2" Москва, FK Lokomotiv-2 Moskva) was a Russian association football club based in Moscow. The club was formed on 13 February 2008. Lokomotiv-2 Moscow acted as the farm club or feeder team of Lokomotiv Moscow. The team will not play on the professional level (Russian Professional Football League) in the 2014/15 season.

The debut of Loko-2 in its first ever football league can be considered a success. Lokomotiv-2 Moscow competed in the Amateur Football League and overall they did pretty well. They secured the bronze medals, that is the third place by beating Zenit Moscow on the final day in front of a sizeable crowd.

The squad of Lokomotiv-2 used to be made up of players from the youth teams and school of Lokomotiv Moscow. Also players who don't make it to the main team will be able to try their forces in Loko-2. The captain and as well leader of Loko-2 is Manuchekhr Dzhalilov, who was the best player throughout the whole season and finished as the best scorer of Lokomotiv-2 in all competitions, with 20 goals, 18 in the league and 2 in the cup.

Now Lokomotiv-2, which as of this season will be competing in the Second Division has a squad at its disposal which is made from a mixture of young and promising players from all over Russia, mainly from Lokomotiv youth and reserve squads, and experienced former international players such as former Lokomotiv duo Ruslan Nigmatullin and Yuri Alekseevich Drozdov, and former Baltika Dmitry Lyapkin.
