Ewell West railway station is one of two competing stations in Ewell (in the Epsom and Ewell district) in Surrey. The station is served by South West Trains. It is 12.3 miles (19.8 km) from Charing Cross Station in Central London.
The typical off-peak service from the station and general peak service is four trains per hour to London Waterloo and in the other direction two trains per hour to Guildford and two trains per hour to Dorking. During peak hours some trains to and from Dorking do not stop at the station.
From 1905 to 1950 there was a connection to the Horton Light Railway which had been built to transport building materials to the cluster of hospitals in the Horton Lane area.
Ewell West has been part of Travelcard Zone 6 since January 2007.
