"Everything is Automatic" on YouTube |
"Everything is Automatic" is the first single from Matthew Good Band's second studio album, Underdogs.
The music video for "Everything Is Automatic" was directed by Bill Morrison. The video features several up-close, zoomed and defocussed shots of the band preparing and performing for a video shoot. These are intermixed with fast-action shots of various streets and computer-generated billboards with catchphrases like "Think of your future, prepare for the distaster" (sic) and "Everything is allright" (sic).
The video was nominated for "Best Video" at the 1998 Juno Awards.
