Eva Lutz (born 28 May 1979 in Mainz) is a former German road bicycle racer. She won the silver medal at the 2006 World University Cycling Championship in the road race behind Ellen van Dijk. She competed at the 2007 UCI Road World Championships in the Women's road race, but did not finish the race.
