European Union Military Planning and Conduct Capabilities

The European Union Military Planning and Conduct Capabilities (EU MPCC), is the organision for the security and defence in EU. The MPCC was adopted on EUs foreign and defence ministers meeting jointly on March 3, 2017. General of the EU Military Staff will be the Director of the MPCC.

MPCC will now be responsible for the EU training missions in Somalia, Mali and the Central African Republic.
