Escuela Municipal Deportivo Binacional or Binacional is a peruvian football club from Desaguadero District in the Puno Region who currently plays its home games in the city of Paucarpata, Arequipa Region. The team currently plays in the Peruvian Primera División.

The club was founded on December 18, 2010 by the mayor of the Desaguadero District, Juan Carlos Aquino. The district is close to the Peru-Bolivia border and thus was called Binacional, or Bi-national in English.

Its first season was the 2011 Copa Perú season were it participated in the Liga Superior de Puno were it finished 4th with 14 points. The club was able to surpass both the Liga Superior de Puno and the departmental stage the next season after finishing second to C. D. Alfonso Ugarte with 21 and 11 points respectively. Thus it accessed the national stage for the first time where they defeated Deportivo CREDICOOP from Tacna in penalties 5–4 after a global score of 3–3 in the Round of 16. Unfortunately the Peruvian Football Federation's Justice Court retired the team from the tournament for fielding José Antonio Balarezo Dávila, who was suspended after receiving a red card in the last game of the departmental stage, in the regional stage.

Binacional repeated a similar campaign in 2013 where it was the Region VIII runner-up under Unión Fuerza Minera and then was eliminated in the National Stage Round of 16 by eventual champion San Simón. In 2014 and 2015 it reach only the regional and departmental stages of the tournament.
