Emma Louise Blackery (born 11 November 1991) is a British singer-songwriter and YouTube vlogger from Basildon, Essex. Her main YouTube channel has over 1.3 million subscribers and over 142 million video views.
Blackery attended The Bromfords School
Emma Blackery's first EP, Human Behaviour, was released in early 2012. Blackery initially created her YouTube channel, emmablackery, to promote her music. In July 2013, Blackery released her second EP, Distance, accompanied by a music video for the lead track, "Go The Distance". The music video was uploaded to her main YouTube channel and currently has more than 1,000,000 views. The EP reached No. 1 on the iTunes Rock chart within the first week of its release. Blackery released her third EP, Perfect, on 11 November 2014, her 23rd birthday, and the song "Perfect" entered the UK Rock & Metal Singles Chart at number 8.
On 4 April 2016, Blackery announced that she would be joining pop punk band Busted as a special guest on their Pigs Can Fly Tour 2016.
Blackery currently has three active YouTube channels, and multiple previously active channels which have either been deleted, left inactive, or re-branded into new channels.
