Elkton is a city in Marshall Township, Mower County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 141 at the 2010 census.

As of the census of 2010, there were 141 people, 58 households, and 40 families residing in the city. The population density was 108.5 inhabitants per square mile (41.9/km2). There were 59 housing units at an average density of 45.4 per square mile (17.5/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 93.6% White, 0.7% Pacific Islander, 1.4% from other races, and 4.3% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.4% of the population.
