Elkton is a city in Marshall Township, Mower County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 141 at the 2010 census.

As of the census of 2010, there were 141 people, 58 households, and 40 families residing in the city. The population density was 108.5 inhabitants per square mile (41.9/km2). There were 59 housing units at an average density of 45.4 per square mile (17.5/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 93.6% White, 0.7% Pacific Islander, 1.4% from other races, and 4.3% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.4% of the population.
There were 58 households of which 32.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.7% were married couples living together, 15.5% had a female householder with no husband present, 1.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 31.0% were non-families. 27.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 12% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
