Eduard Vorganov (born 7 December 1982) is a Russian professional road bicycle racer who rides for team Minsk Cycling Club. In June 2012, Vorganov won the Russian Road Race Championships. On 5 February 2016, it was announced that he was suspended for a positive test to meldonium conducted on 14 January. However in May of that year he was absolved of the doping violation when the World Anti-Doping Agency offered an amnesty to sportspeople who tested positive for the drug in the early months of the year, on the basis that traces of the drug could have remained in athletes' systems from taking it before the ban on meldonium was introduced. In December 2016 it was announced that Vorganov would join the Minsk Cycling Club team for 2017.
