Edon is a village in Williams County, Ohio, United States. The population was 834 at the 2010 census.

Edon was platted in 1867. A post office has been in operation at Edon since 1867.

Edon is located at 41°33′24″N 84°46′6″W / 41.55667°N 84.76833°W / 41.55667; -84.76833 (41.556657, -84.768257).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.12 square miles (2.90 km2), all land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 834 people, 339 households, and 225 families residing in the village. The population density was 744.6 inhabitants per square mile (287.5/km2). There were 369 housing units at an average density of 329.5 per square mile (127.2/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 98.0% White, 0.1% African American, 0.2% Native American, 0.2% Asian, and 1.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.8% of the population.

There were 339 households of which 31.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.5% were married couples living together, 8.6% had a female householder with no husband present, 5.3% had a male householder with no wife present, and 33.6% were non-families. 28.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 15% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.46 and the average family size was 3.02.
