East Hill-Meridian is a former census-designated place (CDP) in King County, Washington, United States. The population was 29,878 at the 2010 census. The majority of the census area is now within the limits of Kent.

East Hill-Meridian is located at 47°24′36″N 122°10′59″W / 47.41000°N 122.18306°W / 47.41000; -122.18306 (47.409889, -122.183151).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 9.0 square miles (23.2 km²), of which, 8.9 square miles (23.1 km²) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 km²) of it (0.45%) is water.
