Eakly is a town in Caddo County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 338 at the 2010 census.
Eakly is located in western Caddo County at 35°18′13″N 98°33′20″W / 35.30361°N 98.55556°W (35.303547, -98.555436).

As of the census of 2010, there were 338 people residing in the town. The population density was 1,300 people per square mile (510/km²).
