Duquesne /djuːˈkeɪn/ is a Fourth-Class City in Jasper County, Missouri, United States. The population was 1,763 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Joplin, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the City has a total area of 1.85 square miles (4.79 km2), all of it land.
Duquesne had been a village since its inception, but in 2006 Duquesne successfully applied for status as a Fourth-Class City.
Thirty percent of the structures of Duquesne were destroyed by the May 22, 2011 tornado.
As of the census of 2010, there were 1,763 people, 781 households, and 493 families residing in the City. The population density was 953.0 inhabitants per square mile (368.0/km2). There were 856 housing units at an average density of 462.7 per square mile (178.6/km2). The racial makeup of the City was 91.9% White, 1.4% African American, 1.6% Native American, 1.7% Asian, 0.1% Pacific Islander, 0.9% from other races, and 2.3% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.3% of the population.
