Duenweg (/dʌnəˈwɡ/ dun-ə-WAYG) is a city in Jasper County, Missouri, United States. The population was 1,121 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Joplin, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area.

A post office called Duenweg has been in operation since 1895. The community has the name of an original owner of the town site.

Duenweg is located at 37°4′45″N 94°24′43″W / 37.07917°N 94.41194°W / 37.07917; -94.41194 (37.079035, -94.411881).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.04 square miles (5.28 km2), all of it land.
