Duenweg (/dʌnəˈweɪɡ/ dun-ə-WAYG) is a city in Jasper County, Missouri, United States. The population was 1,121 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Joplin, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area.
A post office called Duenweg has been in operation since 1895. The community has the name of an original owner of the town site.

The racial makeup of the city was 89.7% White, 0.8% African American, 1.5% Native American, 0.1% Asian, 1.8% from other races, and 6.2% from two or more races.
