Doylestown is a village located atop the highest point in Wayne County, Ohio, United States, 13 miles southwest of Akron. The population was 3,051 at the 2010 census.

Doylestown was laid out in 1827 by William Doyle, and named for him.

Doylestown is at 40°58′13″N 81°41′40″W / 40.97028°N 81.69444°W / 40.97028; -81.69444 (40.970278, -81.694346).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.88 square miles (4.87 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 3,051 people, 1,206 households, and 827 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,622.9 inhabitants per square mile (626.6/km2). There were 1,292 housing units at an average density of 687.2 per square mile (265.3/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 97.9% White, 0.6% African American, 0.1% Native American, 0.2% Asian, 0.4% from other races, and 0.9% from two or more races.
