Murray Douglas Morton (28 April 1916 – 25 November 2001) was a Progressive Conservative member of the Canadian House of Commons. He was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, becoming a barrister and lawyer in his career.

He was first elected at the Davenport riding in the 1957 general election defeating Paul Hellyer. Morton was re-elected for a second term at Davenport in the 1958 election, but defeated in the 1962 election by Walter L. Gordon.

Morton was also unsuccessful in the 1963 federal election at the York—Humber against riding incumbent Ralph Cowan.

Morton was elected as a Trustee of the Toronto Board of Education, 1952-57. In 1956, he served as Chairman of The Toronto Board of Education.
