It was released in January 1992 as the lead single from her fifth studio album Close to Seven. The song's B-side, "Seal It Forever", appeared on Sandra's fifth studio album. The song entered the European Top 20, being a hit worldwide.
The song uses a sample of "Daydreaming" (1990) by Massive Attack , which in turn is a sample of "Mambo" (1984) by Wally Badarou.
