Dimitri Hadzi (March 21, 1921 – April 16, 2006) was an American abstract sculptor who lived and worked in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
He was born to Greek-American immigrant parents in New York City on March 21, 1921. Hadzi served in the South Pacific, in World War II.
He studied at Cooper Union. He was a 1957 Guggenheim Fellow. He showed at the 1962 Venice biennale. He won a 1974 Rome Prize. Hadzi taught studio arts at Harvard University, from 1975 to 1989. In 1990 he was elected into the National Academy of Design as an Associate member and became a full Academician in 1994.
He married Martha Leeb. In June 1985, he married Cynthia von Thuna.
