Diller is a village in Jefferson County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 260 at the 2010 census.

Diller was platted in 1880 when the railroad was extended to that point. It was named for Samuel Diller, a pioneer settler.

Diller is located at 40°6′31″N 96°56′16″W / 40.10861°N 96.93778°W / 40.10861; -96.93778 (40.108717, -96.937840).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.42 square miles (1.09 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 260 people, 114 households, and 69 families residing in the village. The population density was 619.0 inhabitants per square mile (239.0/km2). There were 129 housing units at an average density of 307.1 per square mile (118.6/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 95.0% White, 0.4% Native American, 0.4% Pacific Islander, 3.1% from other races, and 1.2% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 7.3% of the population.

There were 114 households of which 30.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 49.1% were married couples living together, 5.3% had a female householder with no husband present, 6.1% had a male householder with no wife present, and 39.5% were non-families. 30.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.28 and the average family size was 2.88.
