Didier Migaud (born June 6, 1952) is a member of the National Assembly of France. He represents the Isère department, and is a member of the Socialiste, radical, citoyen et divers gauche.
In February 2010, he was nominated as the Chief Baron (premier président) of the Court of Audit of France which was left vacant after the death of Philippe Séguin.
