Dhokal Singh Basnyat

Dhokal Singh Basnyat (or "Dhaukal") served as the governor of the Kumaun and Garhwal divisions of Uttarakhand state in India. He is the youngest son of Senapati Shivaram Singh Basnyat and was the first owner of Narayanhity Palace.
