Delta is a city in Keokuk County, Iowa, United States. The population was 328 at the 2010 census.

Delta is located at 41°19′27″N 92°19′46″W / 41.32417°N 92.32944°W / 41.32417; -92.32944 (41.324112, -92.329481).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.93 square miles (2.41 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 328 people, 157 households, and 78 families residing in the city. The population density was 352.7 inhabitants per square mile (136.2/km2). There were 172 housing units at an average density of 184.9 per square mile (71.4/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 97.0% White, 1.8% African American, 0.3% Native American, 0.3% from other races, and 0.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.6% of the population.

There were 157 households of which 27.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 36.3% were married couples living together, 9.6% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.8% had a male householder with no wife present, and 50.3% were non-families. 45.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 18.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.09 and the average family size was 2.91.
