Deersville is a village in Harrison County, Ohio, United States. The population was 79 at the 2010 census.
The Deersville Historic District is located along Main Street.
Deersville was platted in 1815. A post office called Deersville has been in operation since 1828.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.35 square miles (0.91 km2), all land.
As of the census of 2010, there were 79 people, 33 households, and 24 families residing in the village. The population density was 225.7 inhabitants per square mile (87.1/km2). There were 59 housing units at an average density of 168.6 per square mile (65.1/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 94.9% White, 2.5% Asian, and 2.5% from two or more races.
There were 33 households of which 24.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.6% were married couples living together, 12.1% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.0% had a male householder with no wife present, and 27.3% were non-families. 27.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
