Darlington Township is a township in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,962 at the 2010 census.

Darlington and South Beaver townships are connected by the Watts Mill Bridge over Little Beaver Creek. The bridge is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 22.0 square miles (57.1 km2), of which 22.0 square miles (56.9 km2) is land and 0.08 square miles (0.2 km2), or 0.33%, is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1,974 people, 782 households, and 570 families residing in the township. The population density was 89.6 people per square mile (34.6/km²). There were 847 housing units at an average density of 38.4/sq mi (14.8/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 99.44% White, 0.10% African American, 0.20% Native American, and 0.25% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.15% of the population.

There were 782 households, out of which 29.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.4% were married couples living together, 9.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.0% were non-families. 24.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.52 and the average family size was 2.95.
