Danielle Marie White (born February 2, 1992 in Cincinnati, Ohio) is an American singer, songwriter, and occasional actress who was raised in Bradenton, Florida.

In 2003, White competed on the reality television series American Juniors and was one of five winners, who collectively became the pop group American Juniors, which lasted from 2003 to 2005.

Danielle White was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Brian and Jeannie White. The family moved to Bradenton, Florida when White was very young. At an early age, Danielle took up acting, dancing and sports. At age 10 she began studying voice and music theory. She performed locally with Tampa's Entertainment Revue and the Florida Studio Theater, while remaining a top student at Braden River Elementary School.

After seeing Ryan Seacrest announce plans for a junior version of the hit television series American Idol, Danielle and her family drove 8 hours to Chattanooga, Tennessee to audition for the show. After weeks of auditions she secured a spot in the semi-final group, and advanced to the finals.

The shows' judges, Gladys Knight and Deborah Gibson, praised White's "natural and pure" vocal abilities, and Danielle was told on many occasions by the judges that she was "a star". Guest judge Justin Guarini stated that "America would be crazy not to vote for Danielle." However, it did take a while before the then 11-year-old developed a strong fanbase. During the show, she performed renditions of "Colors of the Wind", "Good Morning Sunshine", "Close To You", "The Loco-Motion", "Daydream Believer", and "Never Had a Dream Come True".
