Daniele Orsato (born 23 November 1975 in Montecchio Maggiore) is an Italian football referee.
Orsato became a FIFA referee in 2010. He has served as a referee in qualifying matches for the 2014 World Cup and Euro 2012.
He refereed group stage matches at 2012–13, 2013–14, and 2014–15 UEFA Champions League competitions.
In 2016, he refereed the 1/8 round match between PSV and Atletico Madrid at 2015-2016 UEFA Champions League.
On March 14th, 2017, he refereed the 1/8 round match between Leicester City and Sevilla at 2016-2017 UEFA Champions League and was highly praised for his performance.
