"Crying at the Discoteque" is a song performed by Swedish band Alcazar, from their debut studio album Casino (2000). It samples Sheila and B. Devotion's 1979 hit "Spacer". In Finland "Crying at the Discoteque" became a hit in 2000, peaking at number 8 in the main singles chart, and staying in the Official Finnish Dance chart for 34 weeks. By the end of the year 2002 "Crying at the Discoteque" sold over 2.5 million copies worldwide.
