Creighton is a city in Cass County, Missouri, United States. The population was 349 at the 2010 census.
Creighton was platted in 1855, and named after John B. Creighton, a pioneer citizen. A post office called Creighton has been in operation since 1887.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.35 square miles (0.91 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2010, there were 349 people, 142 households, and 94 families residing in the city. The population density was 997.1 inhabitants per square mile (385.0/km2). There were 160 housing units at an average density of 457.1 per square mile (176.5/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 95.7% White, 2.0% African American, 1.7% Native American, and 0.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.0% of the population.
There were 142 households of which 35.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.9% were married couples living together, 9.9% had a female householder with no husband present, 8.5% had a male householder with no wife present, and 33.8% were non-families. 29.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.46 and the average family size was 3.02.
