Country Hills Boulevard is a major arterial road in Calgary, Alberta. It is notably one of the few routes north of 16 Avenue N that is mostly continuous from the west end of the city to the east end. East of Calgary, Country Hills Boulevard continues as Alberta Highway 564. West of Calgary, it continues as Hamilton Drive as it passes through the Bearspaw Country Club. In the Country Hills area, there is Coventry Hills Blvd. Construction of the housing development started in late 1993 to early 1994. It grew rapidly that year. From 1994 they were just building the homes. It was just farm land all the way from Coventry Hills to Beddington using a back road. In 1997 they started construction on the mall where the Studio 16 theatre and Sobeys and all of the stores are now. From 1998 throughout the millennium, they added more housing developments and more stores all the way to Beddington. That back road is now a main road.
Country Hills Boulevard begins in the west at Twelve Mile Coulee Road, the western city limit. It is briefly interrupted in the community of Rocky Ridge at Rocky Ridge Boulevard before resurfacing as 112 Avenue NW, changing its name back to Country Hills Boulevard at Rocky Ridge Road, where it continues interrupted to the eastern city limit at 84 Street NE, crossing into the eastern half of the city at Harvest Hills Boulevard (where Centre Street N is briefly interrupted). It then continues on past Deerfoot Trail and then Stoney Trail.
