Country Christmas is the first Christmas album by American country music singer-songwriter Loretta Lynn. It was released on October 10, 1966 by Decca Records. Lynn would not release another Christmas album for 50 years, 2016's White Christmas Blue.
The album includes four original compositions by Lynn, along with popular holiday songs, including "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town", "White Christmas", and "Frosty the Snowman".
The album did not appear on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart. It did, however, appear on the Billboard 200, peaking at No. 103. The album yielded one single, "To Heck with Ole Santa Claus", which failed to chart.
Recording sessions for the album took place on July 7, July 13, and July 15, 1966, at Bradley's Barn, Mount Juliet, TN.
