Brothers in Arms is a World War II first-person shooter video game series consisting of ten individual games. The storyline is set against the backdrop of the liberation of Europe. It has mainly been released for Windows and Mac OS platforms as well as sixth and seventh generation consoles and some mobile devices.

Developed using Unreal Engine 2, this was Gearbox's first game after a series of expansions and ports to other games, such as Half-Life. It received highly positive reviews from critics.

The second installment in the series, released about seven months after the first game. Like the first game, it earned positive reviews, while the PS2 version received mixed to positive reviews.

Hour of Heroes is the series' first game for mobiles. Instead of being published by Ubisoft, it was published by Gameloft.

Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front is a first-person shooter released for iOS and Android, with the game's events occurring in World War II.

Brothers in Arms 3: Sons of War is a third-person shooter created for iOS, Android & Windows Phone.

Intended to become the part of the series, it became a separate intellectual property after negative fan feedback. It was cancelled in July 16, 2015 and many elements is pushed into Gearbox's newest intellectual property, Battleborn.

After cancelling Furious 4 in 2015, Gearbox revealed that they were working on an "authentic" new Brothers in Arms game.
