Cornelius Bernard Huggins, (born January 7, 1975 in Kingstown) also known as Outlaw between fans, is a footballer from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines formerly playing as a central defender and a vice-captain for Kedah FA in the Malaysian Super League.
Huggins' height and strength makes him a towering figure at the centre of the Kedah defence. He is a highly experienced and competent defender since his arrival in 2004.
Huggins has made numerous appearances for the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines national football team, including playing at the 1996 CONCACAF Gold Cup. For international stages he's also a most-capped Saint Vincentian defender with several numbers competition especially in the Caribbean Cup.
There are numbers of victories since he has been a player of Kedah FA started August 2004 up until now. And Huggins also became the first ever most successful foreign import player in Kedah football history.
