Coon Valley is a village in Vernon County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 765 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.09 square miles (2.82 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2010, there were 765 people, 324 households, and 216 families residing in the village. The population density was 701.8 inhabitants per square mile (271.0/km2). There were 348 housing units at an average density of 319.3 per square mile (123.3/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 98.3% White, 0.1% African American, 0.7% Asian, 0.5% from other races, and 0.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.7% of the population.
