Convolutidae is a family of Acoela. It contains more than a third of all known acoel species.

Currently the family contains 13 genera, the type genus being Convoluta.

The genus Waminoa appears, according to recent studies also belong to the family, or is at least closely related.

The family Convolutidae includes acoels with a ventral mouth opening and a body-wall musculature composed both dorsally and ventrally by circular, longitudinal, and longitudinal crossover muscle fibers. The ventral body wall also has a group of U-shaped fibers.

Most species are symbionts with algae.
