Conoy Township is a township in northwestern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. At the 2010 census the population was 3,194.
Conoy Township was formed in 1842 from (West?) Donegal Township. Conoy is an Indian name.
Locust Grove was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 18.6 square miles (48 km2), of which, 14.8 square miles (38 km2) of it is land and 3.7 square miles (9.6 km2) of it (20.04%) is water.
