Colon is a village in Saunders County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 110 at the 2010 census.
First established in 1879, Colon removed to its current site in 1886 when the railroad was extended to that point. The town was named after Colon, Michigan by the first postmaster, who was a native of that state. Colon was incorporated as a village in 1894.
Colon is located at 41°17′52″N 96°36′24″W / 41.29778°N 96.60667°W (41.297761, -96.606757).

Colon is five miles (8.0 km) miles west of U.S. Route 77.
As of the census of 2010, there were 110 people, 43 households, and 33 families residing in the village. The population density was 846.2 inhabitants per square mile (326.7/km2). There were 51 housing units at an average density of 392.3 per square mile (151.5/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 100.0% White.
