Claudia Chender is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly in the 2017 provincial election. A member of the Nova Scotia New Democratic Party, she represents the electoral district of Dartmouth South.
Chender was raised in the Shambhala Buddhist community. She graduated from Dalhousie University in 1999 with a bachelor of arts and then from the University of Victoria in 2004 with a bachelor of laws.
