Claude Fournier (born July 23, 1931 in Waterloo, Quebec) is a Canadian film director, screenwriter, editor and cinematographer. He is one of the forerunners of the Cinema of Quebec. He is the twin brother of Guy Fournier.

Claude Fournier worked for Radio-Canada and the National Film Board of Canada before he founded his own film producing company, Rose Films. His 1983 film The Tin Flute was entered into the 13th Moscow International Film Festival. His 1988 TV series Les Tisserands du pouvoir (The Mills of Power) won him a Gémeaux Award for best direction of a television drama and a Genie Award for Best Screenplay.

Deux femmes en or (Two Women in Gold) was a quite popular and high grossing sex comedy.
