Cirque Éloize is a contemporary circus troupe based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It was founded in 1993 by Jeannot Painchaud, Daniel Cyr, Julie Hamelin and Claudette Morin. Having created or co-created eleven original productions as of 2017, it has presented more than 4000 performances in over 500 cities and 50 countries.
"Éloize" means "heat lightning" in Acadian French ("éclair de chaleur" in Standard French).
Cirque Éloize was a featured company at the first edition of the Biennale Internationale des Arts du Cirque in 2015.
