Cieleśnica PGR is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rokitno, within Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus. It lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) north-east of Biała Podlaska and 115 km (71 mi) north-east of the regional capital Lublin. It is the site of a former collective farm ("PGR").
