Church Hill is a town in Queen Anne's County, Maryland, United States. The population was 745 at the 2010 census. Joshua Seney was born near Church Hill, and is buried at St. Luke's Church in town.

Bishopton, Churchill Theatre-Community Building, Kennersley, and St. Luke's Church are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
