Chilomeniscus is a genus of snakes of the family Colubridae.
The genus Chilomeniscus is endemic to the extreme southwestern United States and adjacent extreme northwestern Mexico including the Baja California Peninsula.
Two species are recognized as being valid.
The specific name, savagei, is in honor of American herpetologist Jay M. Savage.
