Chhatapur (Vidhan Sabha constituency) (Hindi: छातापुर विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र) is an assembly constituency in Supaul district in the Indian state of Bihar. It is an open seat from 2010 but earlier was reserved for scheduled castes.

In the 2010 state assembly elections, Neeraj Kumar Singh of JD(U) won the Chhatapur assembly seat defeating his nearest rival Akeel Ahmad of RJD. Contests in most years were multi cornered but only winners and runners are being mentioned. Viswa Mohan Bharti of JD(U) defeated Mahendra Narayan Sardar of RJD in October 2005. Mahendra Narayan Sardar of RJD defeated Viswa Mohan Bharti of JD(U) in February 2005. Gita Devi of RJD defeated Viswa Mohan Bharti of JD(U) in 2000.
