Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) is a public two-year technical college located in Newark, Ohio, with extended campuses in, Pataskala, Knox, and Coshocton. Founded in 1971, COTC is located on a shared campus with Ohio State University at Newark and currently offers 31 associate degree programs and 12 certificate programs, including the Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.), Associate of Applied Business (A.A.B.), and Associate of Technical Studies (A.T.S.) degrees.

The campus also offers abundant student recreation and cultural activities, with more than 50 student organizations and clubs. The John L. and Christine Warner Library and Student Center has become a beautiful and friendly hub of student life on the campus, and is also valued by community groups and visitors.
